Korean Client Visit: Strengthening Partnership and Exploring New Opportunities

In early August 2025, we had the great pleasure of welcoming Mr. Shin, our valued customer from South Korea, to Shanghai Pullner Filtration Technology Co., Ltd. This visit marked another milestone in our partnership, which began at the Korea Filtration Exhibition in 2024, where we first met and established mutual trust through several successful filter orders over the past year.

Warm Welcome and Initial Exchange

Our international business team greeted Mr. Shin and his colleague at Shanghai Pudong International Airport and accompanied him to a nearby restaurant for a welcome lunch. During the meal, both sides shared updates on their company’s latest developments and market experiences in the filtration industry. The conversation was pleasant and insightful, deepening our understanding of each other’s business goals and paving the way for more in-depth discussions.

Company Introduction and Technical Exchange

After arriving at Pullner’s headquarters in Songjiang District, the visit began with a presentation session, where both companies introduced their business scopes and reviewed past cooperation projects. We revisited several successfully delivered filter cartridge orders and discussed feedback from end users. Following this, both sides explored new filter cartridge designs and technical solutions tailored to emerging applications. The discussion was productive, leading to a preliminary agreement on new product collaboration.

Factory Tour: From Innovation to Quality Assurance

Mr. Shin then toured Pullner’s production workshops, laboratory, warehouse, and product showroom. He showed great interest in our advanced manufacturing lines for pleated filters, stainless steel sintered filters, and capsule filters, as well as our modern inspection facilities—including the pore size distribution analyzer, scanning electron microscope, and online particle counter. Throughout the visit, our team emphasized Pullner’s strict quality control process and its commitment to delivering high-performance filtration solutions that meet global standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and FDA certifications.

Strengthening Cooperation for the Future

The visit concluded with a final meeting in our office, where both teams exchanged ideas on future cooperation, product development, and regional market strategies. Mr. Shin expressed high confidence in Pullner’s technical capabilities and manufacturing quality. Both parties reached a mutual understanding to expand collaboration on customized filtration products for the Korean market.

After a fruitful day of exchange and exploration, we accompanied Mr. Shin back to his hotel near the airport. The visit not only reinforced our existing partnership but also opened a new chapter of deeper cooperation and shared success.
